'Classic.' A book which people praise and don't read.-Mark Twain

I hate when a book I'm reading has a Reading Group Guide at the back. It makes me feel guilty like it's not okay just to enjoy the story, you have to be learning something.

Hands off my leisure activity!

I'm not sure I've ever seen a Reading Group Guide. Does that mean I read stuff no one would invite anyone else to read? Stuff that has no educational value whatsoever?

I feel left out, now.

The last few I remember reading that had a guide in the back we're.

The Girl Who Stoped Swimming (which was pretty good btw),The Princess Bride, and Cold Comfort Farm.

I seem to see them a lot in books that get "buzz" and become popular. In other words Hipsters are ruining my reading experience (darn fedora wearing, ironic facial hair growing dorks)

I read The Princess Bride, and I sent an e-mail.
Because I *am* that gullible.
