A man doesn't plant a tree for himself. He plants it for posterity.-Alexander Smith

Poor little avocado plant dying in the shade
Why did someone plant you there?
I've watched you try to grow but you never got very big
Now your leaves are brown and drooping
You will never grow a fruit for my salad

Update: So I wrote this terrible little poem on Friday and set it to publish. Today when I went for my walk I noticed that someone had either transplanted the out of place avocado or just plane dug it up. In it's place there are now a lawn chair and a multi colored Easter basket.

Thanks turns out the old one wasn't working so I had to change it.

Normaly I'm not so good with plants but we have an avocado in our yard so I'm pretty familiar. Of corse there's only one so it will never grow anything but whatever.
